What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you contact us about our services, request a call-back, place a booking, or for any other reason, we will keep a record of that correspondence in order to deal with your enquiry and provide our delivery service to you.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we add your name and email address to Walkers European Express Services mailing list, which is managed via MailChimp.
Contact form
Our contact form collects your name, email address, telephone number, delivery date & vehicle load (where provided) and contents of the message you send. Upon submission your details will be emailed to us so that we can respond to your enquiry.
Booking forms
When you place a booking on this website we collect the details you submit to us including contact names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery & collection addresses, comments and information about the livestock cargo to be transported. We collect this information in order to provide our delivery service to you, internal record keeping and accounts. Debit/credit card details are not submitted to us and are handled by our payment provider Stripe (see “Stripe payments” below for further information).
Stripe payments
We use a third party payment service provided by Stripe Inc to securely process payments by debit or credit card when you pay for a booking.

Log files
When you visit our website, we may collect technical data about the device you are using, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type in industry standard log files. This is used for system administration and maintaining website security.

Cloudflare may set a __cfduid cookie through this website if your browsing session meets certain security requirements, such as solving a Captcha challenge or being automatically permitted to browse our web pages. Who we share your data with
We may pass your information to third party service providers who we have engaged for the purpose of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf, such as third party vendors who help us to manage and maintain our company IT infrastructure, or we may provide your contact details to a courier company to deliver goods to you. We disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service or maintain the security of our website.
